Jeremy and Heather Specials moved to North Idaho in 2021 with a shared intention: to build a life — and a business — that reflected their values of excellence, care, and trust. Now raising their youngest daughter, Zoey, and a blended family of 8 girls, they’ve created Special Care Estates to serve the region’s most discerning homeowners with discretion and dedication.
Founder & Estate Director
Jeremy brings construction expertise and deep property systems knowledge, with credentials in Business Management, Financial Accounting, and Real Estate — completed through an accelerated two-year program. He maintains both contracting and real estate licenses, backed by years in retail management and customer service.
Co-Founder & Concierge Architect
Heather’s career centers on service-oriented hospitality roles requiring discretion and emotional intelligence. She brings expertise in luxury private service, including pre-arrival provisioning and lifestyle coordination for high-end residences.
