Sentinel: Discreet Oversight While You’re Away

$495/month

Weekly walkthroughs · Key holding & alarm response · Monthly report

Sentinel is the plan for owners who want a standing presence at the property every week, someone who holds the keys, answers the alarm company, meets the vendor, and tells you what happened. It is oversight without a maintenance commitment.

What’s included

Everything the Sentinel Plan Covers

Weekly Estate Walkthroughs

Full interior and exterior pass every week: doors and windows, HVAC operation, lighting, plumbing fixtures, storm signs, pests, and intrusion indicators. Same reference points, every visit.

Key Holding & Alarm Response

We hold secure access, respond to alarm-company calls, and let in the vendors you approve, so nothing about your house depends on a spare key under a rock.

Security & Emergency Response

Storm readiness before weather hits, immediate contact on anything urgent, and protective action if you cannot be reached.

Monthly Estate Report

Photo and video documentation from every visit, rolled into a monthly summary of condition, items to watch, and anything we recommend.

In practice

What a Month Looks Like

  1. Onboarding & access setup

Baseline photo documentation, access credentials logged under our privacy protocol, alarm company and vendor contacts updated to include us.

  2. Weeks one through four

A weekly walkthrough on a fixed day. Systems exercised, not just looked at: faucets run, heat cycled, doors checked.

  3. Anything urgent

You hear from us the same day with photos. If a vendor is needed, we quote it, you approve it, we meet them and verify the work.

  4. Month-end report

One clean summary of the month with every visit’s photos attached. Nothing to chase.

Questions

Sentinel FAQ

What is the difference between Sentinel and Home Watch?

Cadence and responsibility. Home Watch is a bi-weekly look with a report. Sentinel is weekly, and we hold the keys, respond to the alarm, and coordinate vendors on your behalf.

Does Sentinel include any repairs?

No hours are built in. When something needs doing, we quote it and handle it at $125/hr, or step you up to Evergreen if repairs are becoming routine.

Can I pause while I am in residence for the summer?

Yes. Sentinel can pause or drop to a lighter cadence while you are home, then resume when you leave. We just ask for 30 days’ notice.
