Visits are built into route days by area, so a property in Harrison gets checked on its day the same way a property in Coeur d’Alene does. You get a fixed visit day at onboarding, photos from the same reference points every time, and a written summary within 24 hours on Home Watch or a monthly estate report on every other plan.
Emergencies do not wait for route day. Every client signs an emergency protocol that lets us act to stop damage first and reach you second, with Heritage and Elite clients receiving priority dispatch.
