Do Hours Roll Over?

Evergreen & Heritage: rollover permitted for up to 90 days, capped at 2x monthly allocation. Sentinel includes no labor hours. Concierge hours do not roll over.

What If I Need More Hours?

  • Estate Maintenance: $95/hr (Evergreen/Heritage), $125/hr (other plans)
  • Concierge Services: $125/hr preferred rate on Evergreen, Heritage & Elite; $150/hr on Sentinel

How Are Expenses Handled?

A single, comprehensive monthly invoice with pre-approval required, optional card-on-file, and detailed tracking.

Are You On-Call for Emergencies?

All plans include emergency coordination; Heritage and Elite receive priority response windows.

Flexible Terms for Seasonal and Absentee Owners

Can I Cancel Anytime?

A 3-month initial commitment, followed by flexible 30-day cancellation notice, with pause options.

Do You Work with Absentee or Seasonal Owners?

Yes — we specialize in clients with multiple residences or seasonal visits.

Do you charge an onboarding fee?

$495–$995 for Evergreen & Heritage plans, depending on complexity; Sentinel may not require this.
