Properties here see more snow and colder nights than Coeur d’Alene, and many are empty from the end of boating season until spring. That is the stretch where a scheduled visit earns its keep.

Cold and snowSpirit Lake gets deeper snow and colder lows than the valley. Roof and deck load, freeze checks and heat verification lead every winter visit.
Shoreline and docksThe lake freezes hard. Docks and lifts have to be pulled or prepared before ice, and reset after it goes out. We calendar both.
Older cabinsCabins from earlier generations have shallow water lines, crawlspaces and heat tape that need attention before the first hard freeze.

Yes. Spirit Lake and Twin Lakes are covered on the same north-county route at standard rates.

Do you handle the ice season?

We prepare docks and lifts for ice, verify heat and pipe protection through the freeze, and monitor snow load. Roof clearing is coordinated with a vendor when it is needed.

Can you check a cabin I rent out in summer?

Yes. Turnover checks, damage documentation and restocking between guests are handled under Sentinel or through concierge hours.
